Oxidation of NH3/n-heptane mixtures at pressures up to 100 atm and temperatures 400–900 K was characterized experimentally in a laminar flow reactor jet-stirred reactor. A detailed chemical kinetic model developed, updating the hydrogen amine subsets introducing subset for coupling with emphasis on NH2+n-heptane reaction. The provided good prediction ignition delay times measured rapid compression machine by Yu et al. (Combust. Flame 217 (2020) 2–11) as well high pressure experimental data obtained present work. results show that it is important include updated rate constants NH2 + HO2 n-C7H16 obtain reliable predictions oxidation pressure. effectiveness implementing analogy rules determining constant key reaction confirmed observed results.
